To cancel their membership plan, the User must provide 14 days notice through the "Cancel" function in their personal account or by contacting the customer service team. The cancellation will be effective and conclusive after the 14 days notice period.
Users can also opt for immediate cancellation without adhering to the 14 days notice by choosing this option in their personal account and conducting a final credit recharge of 6.95 EUR.
The benefits associated with the membership will expire once the membership is cancelled. Any remaining acquired credits will remain available to be used until their normal expiration date.

Users who do not wish to continue with the membership plan after a trial period must cancel before the trial ends to avoid future credit reloads based on the selected plan.
